A Strategy is a well defined coherent action plan to be executed thoroughly . It’s a manual and a business plan combined. It cannot be altered else it is another strategy. It is to be precise in nature and specific in content. It’s the A to Z of the How, what, When, Where, How Much, etc.
A strategy describes how the ends (goals) will be achieved by the means (resources).
It is a comprehensive roadmap of delicate details assembled to achieve the desired results.
Dr. Vladimir Kvint defines strategy as “a system of finding, formulating, and developing a doctrine that will ensure long-term success if followed faithfully.”
It must be tested, followed, trusted with total confidence, without doubts, and deliberately executed without wavering (almost blindly).
It must be formulated in an elaborate structure and implemented through policy and executable actions.
The Strategy Diagnoses the issues, formulates the Policies and implements the Actions.
It is an Interactive Dynamic System with Coordinated Actions. Everything must be explicitly stated in detail and in summary as to make it good for in Theory and Practice.
It must be written and applied!
